Budgeting Service Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Flare Accounting Solutions’ Budgeting Service.

By providing the required information, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Flare Accounting Solutions’ Budgeting Service if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person using the Budgeting Service and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and Ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of Ireland. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

License

Unless otherwise stated, Flare Accounting Solutions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material used by Flare Accounting Solutions. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may be provided this intellectual property from Flare Accounting Solutions for your own personal use subject to restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Flare Accounting Solutions
  • Redistribute content from Flare Accounting Solutions

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to remove and or cancel our Budgeting Service at our discretion any purchases made before the date of removal in relation to our Budgeting Service will be honoured.

We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By making a new purchase, you agree to be bound to and follow the terms and conditions in place at the time and date of your purchase.

Our Service

We will create a budget for you based on the information you have provided either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms.

We create a Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly and Yearly budget that gives a breakdown of your budget over these timeframes.

If you provide us with a savings target or goal, we will advise how long this should take using the above timeframes as reference. This is based on the budget provided being adhered to.

Our Fees

We charge a flat rate of €50.00 plus VAT for a budget calculation.

You may request that we update your budget during the next 365 days but a minimal administrative charge of €10.00 plus VAT will be expected to cover our overheads for each request.

We will waive this administrative fee if an adjustment is required as a result of an error, we made from the information you provided either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms.

Payment Terms

Please note we require payment in full before we commence your budget calculation.

If you requested an update to your budget following your initial purchase our administrative charge must be made ahead of any adjustments being made.

We do not accept cheques at this time.

Providing Flare Accounting Solutions with your information either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms does not automatically create a legal obligation to make payment. However, it does mean you have agreed to our terms and conditions and to our privacy policy.

Flare Accounting Solutions’ Budgeting Service is for information purposes only and is not intended to be used as investment advice. Please seek a duly licensed professional for investment advice.

Due to the shifting nature of personal finances we cannot guarantee nor promise you will achieve the results within your stated timeframe at all. We may express opinions regarding reductions in your current financial spending, but it is not to be construed as financial advice.

Flare Accounting Solutions shall not be liable for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of financial information provided by ourselves in relation to your personal budget.

We only use the information provided to ourselves by you, the client. Any information provided, either in response to our emails or on our data capture forms, that is fraudulent or inaccurate will be your responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Budgeting Service. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
  • exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

(a) are subject to the preceding paragraphs;

and

(b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
